The privately owned airport, formerly RAF Kemble, located near Cirencester, said the changes are intended to strengthen management capacity as it invests in infrastructure and responds to increasing demand for flexible aviation services.
Under the new structure, Graham Carter has been appointed group managing director. He joins from Gloucestershire Airport and brings experience in aviation operations and commercial development. Antonia Silk has been promoted to operations director and will join the board, while long-serving operations manager Glen Moreman will move into a flight information service officer role, continuing to support airfield operations.
Chief executive Suzannah Harvey said the appointments would help position the airport for further expansion, particularly as it scales its services and facilities. The airport is investing in additional hangarage and infrastructure to accommodate growing activity in the business aviation sector.
Cotswold Airport handles more than 36,000 aircraft movements annually and has developed into a hub for a range of aviation activities, including maintenance, storage and emerging aerospace technologies.
The site is also home to companies such as ZeroAvia and Vertical Aerospace, reflecting its growing focus on sustainable aviation innovation.
