Content is King

AIR is about the infrastructure needed to support airport development and operations so that our airports are resilient and fit for purpose while supporting the immense challenge of delivering responsible growth in aviation.

We believe in fostering a collaborative approach, breaking down long-established silos and promoting outcomes-orientated systems thinking, with a focus firmly on delivery, action and opportunity.

And to help us ensure that that our content fully unpicks the key drivers and levers we will align the programme to four core themes focusing on Energy, Climate, Cyber and Built Environment. You’ll find further information on each in the illustrative programme

Together with our keynote programme and hosted round table sessions running across the two days, AIR sets out to catalyse the key people and organisations who will be responsible for delivering the massive transformation at our airports needed to position the UK at the forefront of future air transport and aviation sustainability.

AIR benefits from an influential and active steering committee chaired by former aviation minister Robert Courts KC and co-chaired by Tim Walder representing the British Aviation Group. The group will meet approximately quarterly through the event cycle to help shape the programme and ensure our content and speakers are top drawer and that AIR becomes the must-attend event in the industry calendar.

The full programme will be published in May 2026. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact Paul.Wheeler@meetingsofminds.co.uk to discuss potential content ideas and speakers.
