Andy joined the Major Projects Association after a 30-year career as practitioner and management consultant helping organisations deliver strategic change through Project/Programme Management. He draws on varied experience of working across multiple sectors (public sector/private sector), working with widely differing organisations (SMEs, not-for-profits, NGOs and large corporates) and has lived and worked overseas. He is a specialist on project governance, the treatment of inherent project complexity and organisational development of project/programme capability. Andy has worked on many of the UK’s largest projects and in both supplier and client side roles.
