Fiona has worked as a specialist in environmental law throughout her career. She advises throughout the UK and internationally on a wide range of environmental law issues, including climate change and net zero, Biodiversity Net Gain, Habitats Regulations Assessment and Water Framework Directive compliance, and water resources management planning. Fiona assists clients with regulatory advice, bespoke commercial contracts, strategic advice and project future-proofing, provides specialist environmental support for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects and major development, and advises clients on natural capital projects.
