Nigel leads ICF’s Global Airport Practice, specialising in strategic and corporate planning, performance management and enterprise technology. He has led consulting projects for airports worldwide, working with both private and publicly owned airports and investors. Before joining ICF, he founded ZT Strategy Consulting, advising on aviation and IT strategy. He previously served as Head of Strategy at Abu Dhabi Airports Company and Strategic Advisor to the CIO at Transport for London.
