Paul has worked in the Civil Service for more than 20 years across various areas including immigration, policing, health, corporate and international roles. Paul is currently leading the Passenger Transformation Delivery Team in Border Force, implementing the capabilities that will enable a once-in-a-generation change to the way the UK passenger border operates and is managed by Border Force, improving both the passenger experience and the security of the border.
