Andy leads Waisl’s European operations, bringing more than 20 years’ experience working with airport operations teams across technology and infrastructure. A Six Sigma Black Belt, he has held senior roles at Otis, Honeywell, JLC and Waisl, leading technology and process transformation at major airports including Heathrow and Gatwick. Andy specialises in data-driven airport operations, using AI and machine learning platforms to connect historical, predictive and operational data, helping airports improve decision-making, manage capacity and optimise day-to-day performance.
