Hywel has 35 years’ experience across infrastructure as an operator, investor and adviser in the UK, Europe and Australia, spanning transportation, social infrastructure and utilities. He has held senior roles with Ferrovial and AMP Capital, working closely with government, regulators, investors and major infrastructure businesses on complex projects and investments. In his latest venture Hywel is co-founder and Chief Executive of Infracare Partners, an investment platform focused on heat networks and healthcare infrastructure, supported by major UK infrastructure partners.
