Matthew is Innovation Director at WSP, with more than 20 years’ experience in innovative and industrialised construction. He focuses on combining digital engineering with new approaches to design and delivery, including kit-of-parts, offsite manufacturing and Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA). His recent work includes WSP’s kit-of-parts approach for Manchester Airport, helping apply more standardised and efficient methods to complex infrastructure projects.
