With 35 years’ experience in global aviation and infrastructure, Jacqui is Partner – Global Aviation at Serco and a recognised leader in airport strategy, transformation and operations. Elected to the BAG Board in 2016 and Vice Chair of the Airport Consultants group she has held leadership roles on major programmes including Heathrow Terminals 5 and 2 and the integration of the A380. A former Executive Board member for Southampton International Airport, she specialises in airport strategy, stakeholder engagement, AM and FM management, operational readiness and solutions development. Named in the global Women Executives in Aviation, Aerospace & Defence list from 2021–2025, she actively mentors future industry leaders and supports Women in Aviation
