Rachael is the IT Programme Manager for the Stansted Transformation Programme at London Stansted Airport. She leads the team responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and transition into support of all IT elements within the £900 million construction programme, helping ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the airport’s current and future operational needs as it plans for growth to 51 million passengers per annum.
With 19 years’ experience delivering aviation IT projects across infrastructure and software, Rachael has a strong track record in complex live environments and a focus on using technology to support operational efficiency, business improvement, and long-term transformation.
