Kathy Morrissey

Kathy’s career has spanned engineering, management consultancy, business strategy, sustainability, and people leadership and development. With over 25 years’ corporate experience—initially in management consultancy and later in the aviation sector—she has held director level roles, including at Stansted Airport (part of Manchester Airports Group), as Director of Engineering, Director of Planning and Insights and Strategy Director. She has extensive experience of infrastructure as well as organisational and culture transformation, from concept through to delivery and operations. She also has non-executive director experience with a large housing association and charity.
Kathy is now an executive and leadership coach and business consultant bringing together a unique combination of technical, strategic and leadership expertise, underpinned by her deep experience in organisational transformation, governance and people development.
