Rachel Gardner-Poole

Rachel is Director of Aviascia and a senior aviation leader specialising in sustainability, innovation and transformation. She has held leadership roles at the CAA, UK Space Agency and Connected Places Catapult, and chaired the UK Jet Zero Council’s Zero Emission Flight Delivery Group. Rachel is Chair of Aviation for Good and a Board member of the British Aviation Group, as well as Board Advisor to Astroscale and Chief Sustainability & Growth Officer at EmPower Flight. She was awarded an OBE in 2025 for services to aviation.
