Andy Sinclair

Andy brings over 35 years of experience from across aviation. His career has spanned military aviation, national regulation, air traffic management, and airport strategy. He started his aviation career as a military air traffic controller working at a number of airfields and in the en-route ATC environment. Previously serving with the Civil Aviation Authority and Royal Air Force, Andy has led programmes ranging from aviation crisis management and regulatory reform to airspace modernisation and international operational coordination. As Head of Aerodrome Transformation at London Gatwick, he is responsible for driving future operational innovation and delivering the future Dual Runway operating model, as well as London Gatwick’s airspace modernisation plans. His unique perspective, forged through leadership roles in both public and private sectors, makes him a respected voice on the future of aviation.
